When you submit a tool for listing, you must follow the rules below:

Authenticity: You must represent an active AI service, application, or library. Scraping lists or submitting duplicate entries of the same domain is strictly prohibited.
Free Submissions & Backlink Badge: Free listings require you to place our HTML backlink badge on your website (partner page, footer, or homepage). Our system carries out automated daily crawls. If the link or badge is removed, your tool will automatically be suspended without warning.
Premium Submissions: Paid listings (Featured and Pro) receive promotional placement. They are exempt from the backlink requirement. Paid durations are final and recur only if manual renewal is executed.
Rejection Right: We reserve the absolute right to refuse, remove, or modify any submission at our sole discretion for any reason, including low quality, domain redirecting, or incorrect classification.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

All fees are collected in USD (or converted INR) via our secure gateway processors. All transactions for promotional slots, featured positions, or review highlights are final. Refunds are not issued for listings that are removed due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., changing website content to promote illegal scripts or malware after approval).

4. Community Reviews

You may submit reviews and ratings for listed tools. You agree not to submit reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, or contain promotional links or spam. We use automated algorithms to filter review quality and reserve the right to remove any review violating these guidelines.

5. Disclaimer & Limitations

The materials on AI Tool Zaar's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
