Submission Guidelines

To ensure AI Tool Zaar remains a clean, high-quality, and authoritative directory, we manually inspect and vet every submission. Before submitting your AI product, please read these guidelines to avoid rejection or delay.

1. Core Listing Requirements

• AI Core Feature: Your website must feature a product, service, API, or library built around artificial intelligence, machine learning, or neural networks. Directory-only sites or regular SaaS products without AI integration will be rejected.
• Functioning Product: We do not accept empty landing pages, mockups, or sites under construction. Users must be able to sign up, request access, or test the tool immediately.
• Clear Pricing Model: You must state whether your product is Free, Freemium, or Paid. If it starts at a specific price point, this must be accurately specified.

2. Profile Details & Quality Standards

• Clean Typography & Text: Taglines and descriptions must be clear and written in professional English. Avoid keyword stuffing, emojis in titles, or spammy marketing copy (e.g., "THE BEST CHATBOT EVER IN THE WORLD!!!").
• High-Resolution Logo: Upload a square logo (recommended size: 300x300 pixels). Logos must have clear contrast and must not contain borders or promotional badges (like "Top 10").
• Landscape Cover Banner: Upload a landscape-oriented cover preview (recommended size: 1000x600 pixels). Banners should showcase an interface preview or clean dashboard screenshot of your tool.

3. Backlink Verification for Free Plan

Our Free Directory Listing option requires placing our official verification badge on your website:

1. Copy Badge Code: Grab the HTML badge embed code from Step 3 of the submission form.
2. Embed Code: Embed this code on your footer, sidebar, or partner page. The link must point directly to https://aitoolzaar.com/.
3. Run Verification: Click "Verify Now" on the form before finalizing submission.
4. Keep Badge Online: Do not delete the badge. Our database triggers automated daily audits. If the backlink is removed, your tool listing will be suspended immediately.

Premium submissions (Featured / Pro) are completely exempt from the backlink requirements and are approved within hours.
